process: how the WALking translation package works

You’ll fill in a short questionnaire to tell me about the information you need to have translated. It’s useful for me to know a bit about your target market, brand tone of voice, existing SEO/GEO information and anything that will help me to transfer it all into English!

I’ll send you a formal quotation detailing what’s included and when I can schedule the work and you can ask me any questions you have. When you’re ready to go ahead, I’ll send you a contract and you’ll pay a 50% deposit to confirm your booking.

I may need to ask you some questions as I’m translating. Feel free to ask me anything as we go along too!

Once the translation is completed, I’ll send it back to you and we can talk more about any outstanding questions or revisions you might need.

I’ll do a final proofread online before it goes live or check printed proofs as appropriate.

You’ll pay the remaining balance.
